  • Ensure successful completion of internal audits, Cross audits & corporate audits and timely closure of all the identified deficiencies for the same.
  • Ensure timely collection and submission of quality indicators data and ensure correctness for the same.
  • Ensure that quality improvement projects, mock drills, and committee meetings are carried out.
  • Developing SOPs, Manuals, policies & procedures for the departments as well as document control of forms & formats.

  • MBA-Finance/ CA (Inter) with 3 to 4 years of internal audit experience
  • Competency in reviewing, interpreting, and applying compliance requirements to perform audits.
  • Proficient in auditing principles & techniques
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access.
  • Understanding of cash, bank, inventory, AP, AR & HR processes.

Customer Care Manager

  • Is responsible for the budgeting and forecasting of department’s costs together with the Finance Manager.
  • Ensures that variable cost reduction is achieved over budget.
  • Ensure there is no unbilled and revenue leakage in all OPDs including ER, Pharmacy, OPD Procedures etc. is well controlled. Relooks at OPDs processes to identify probable areas of leakage and tightens up the gap.
  • Actively campaigns to solicit customer comments & suggestions for improving the quality of customer care.

Marketing Manager

  • Create and maintain a Database of referring doctors, Hospitals, Clinics etc.
  • Establish regular contact & engage with entire referral channel through personal visits, events, communication, etc.
  • Achieve targeted revenues through referrals to Hospitals.
  • Conduct outreach clinics to showcase Hospital capabilities in the community.
  • Report daily work, events, campaigns on the company CRM

Key areas of responsibility (KRA): To assist and oversee clinical aspects under the Chief of Medical Services (CMS).Main Job Tasks Under Supervision Financial Responsibilities
Assist the Chief of Medical Services in target oriented budget allocation for the clinical department with regard to equipment purchase/ up gradation, manpower allocation and development of clinical programs. Shall help the Chief of Medical Services by interaction, independently, with end users for information gathering regarding equipment requirement
Customer Responsibilities

Marketing Executive –Referral Sales

Key areas of responsibility:
Responsible for the generation of increased revenue by the Hospital, for increases in numbers of patients of the hospital, and increase in the number of third party paying customers of the hospital.

Main Job Tasks:

Lead the vertical in a particular market & continuously drive excellence in this segment .

Develop comprehensive marketing plan for the corporate segment in conjunction with Marketing Manager
